Orders and refunds

How it works

SpicePay → Orders holds the storefront's orders and their payment references. Refunds can return all or part of the captured amount through the original connector.

Implementation

Open the order, inspect its environment and paid amount, and choose the intended refund amount. A background reconciliation process updates the outcome; wait for that result before repeating the action. Keep separate records for refunded and disputed funds. Use order notes and signed event delivery results when investigating discrepancies.
