Intelligent routing

How it works

Routing creates an ordered list of possible connectors, then removes the ones that cannot process the payment. Your backend integration does not change when this selection changes.

Implementation

Choose Priority for an ordered sequence, Volume split for weighted traffic, or Advanced rules for decisions based on method, network, currency, amount, country or metadata. The active configuration is followed by the shop's fallback list. Disabled, incompatible and exhausted connectors are filtered out. An error may trigger the next eligible connector; an issuer decline is not automatically rerouted. Inspect the payment's routing decision when troubleshooting.
