Members

How it works

Members is where merchant administrators invite users and maintain their access. Invitations and immediately created user accounts have different activation paths.

Implementation

Invite by email when the member should establish their own password, or follow the approved direct-create workflow. Choose merchant-wide access or selected shops/projects with a compatible role level. Review effective access after changing a role. Password resets, impersonation and removal affect the member's session and require administrator authority. Keep shared login credentials out of messages and documentation.
