The website provides information about SpicePay software. It does not accept payments, create merchant accounts or conclude payment service agreements.

2. Production use

Production platform use is subject to a separate agreement and the terms of connected payment providers. Availability, pricing, merchant approvals, regions and methods are agreed for the relevant setup. Website descriptions are not a general guarantee of approval, availability or success.

3. Permitted use

You may use the website for information and evaluation. Attempts to obtain unauthorized access, bypass protections, introduce malicious code or disrupt operation are prohibited.

4. Brands and content

SpicePay branding and original content belong to the company or their rights holders. Payment providers and methods are trademarks of their owners. Their display identifies integration options, not a general endorsement or partnership.

5. US company context

The provider is organized in Wyoming, USA. These website terms do not exclude mandatory statutory rights. Governing law, venue and commercial liability terms for production software are addressed in the separate service agreement.
