How it works

Customers combines a buyer's identity, payment history, saved methods, mandates and subscriptions. Account-wide and shop-scoped roles may see different subsets.

Implementation

Open the record to review details and activity. Saved methods require buyer consent and may be used by future payments or card renewals. Removing a method changes future payment options; deleting a customer affects personal data and references. Give the buyer a portal link only through the supported workflow. An export may cover only the current page, so check its actual range.
