Fallback order

How it works

The fallback list supplies backup connectors after the active routing configuration. With no active configuration it becomes the starting list.

Implementation

Order the shop's eligible connectors and check that backup accounts support the methods and currencies they may receive. Duplicates and disabled or exhausted connectors do not add useful fallback capacity. A fallback is for supported failure paths, not a promise that every issuer decline will be sent to another processor.
