How it works

This report groups checkout sessions by device and browser. It helps identify where a payment flow works differently on desktop and mobile.

Implementation

Read the session definition before comparing conversion and median payment time. Use a consistent period, scope and environment, then drill into an affected checkout or method. An abandoned session is not necessarily a failed processor attempt. Processor domain registration, iframe permissions and popup blockers can explain wallet-specific differences.
