Webhook events

How it works

Webhook events shows what was sent to each shop endpoint and whether delivery succeeded. It is the place to investigate missing order updates.

Implementation

Filter by payment or event ID, inspect attempts and response codes, and correct the receiving endpoint before resending. Delivered means the endpoint acknowledged the request, not that your fulfilment code completed. Pending and retrying deliveries differ from rejected, exhausted or missing-endpoint states. A manual resend is a duplicate event and must remain safe for an idempotent handler.
