Discounts and surcharges

How it works

Adjustments change the buyer's total for the connector or processor handling the payment. A fixed amount or percentage may increase the price or reduce it.

Implementation

Choose the scope and connector, define the adjustment, then inspect the buyer preview. The checkout must show the adjustment and payable total before confirmation. Platform fees remain a separate accounting item. Apply surcharges only where your provider agreement and applicable rules allow them.
