## How it works

Refund an order from the normal WooCommerce order screen. Full and partial requests are sent to SpicePay and reconciled with the provider result.

## Implementation

A refund entered in SpicePay may be mirrored into WooCommerce. Inspect order notes for payment, refund and dispute events and compare total refunded amounts before retrying. If provider and store totals disagree, retrieve the current payment and refund objects first. Dispute events should trigger a support review; they do not replace the processor's evidence submission workflow.
