## How it works

The standalone SpicePay plugin supplies its own products, categories, cart, orders and checkout shortcodes. It can run with your current theme.

## Implementation

Requirements in the supplied package are WordPress 6.0+ and PHP 7.4+. Upload the approved spicepay.zip and activate it; optionally install spicepay-shop.zip as the storefront theme. Open SpicePay → Settings and connect the merchant account through the secure dashboard popup. Choose currency and checkout mode, add a product, then complete a properly configured sandbox payment before selling.

Request the compatible SpicePay release from [support](/contact/) or use the currently approved installed version. No unverified package is redistributed from this documentation.
