## How it works

Smart Routing combines an active configuration, a fallback list and connector eligibility checks for each shop. The resulting decision is visible on transaction details.

## Implementation

Create or choose the configuration, order the fallback connectors and set relevant limits. Check method, currency and amount support before expecting a connector to be selected. Failed technical attempts may fall back; issuer declines follow their own behavior. Review availability and price adjustments alongside routing so the buyer's method list and total stay consistent.
