## How it works

The Control Center at dashboard.spicepay.net is the workspace for your merchant account. It combines shop setup, payment operations and cross-provider reporting.

## Implementation

Use the scope selector to choose the entire account, a project or one shop. Start with connector health and a test payment, then inspect transactions and webhook delivery. Search by payment or customer reference when investigating an order. The available menu sections depend on your role and current scope. Analytics is reporting; it does not prove payout availability or merchant approval.
