## How it works

Disputes need a decision before their response deadline. The available accept and challenge actions depend on the payment processor.

## Implementation

Find the case, inspect its stage and deadline, and gather the relevant order and delivery evidence. Submit the permitted files and structured details for a challenge, or accept if that is your decision. Link existing refunds where the workflow permits it and watch the final event. Subscription-cycle chargebacks may belong to a billing invoice rather than a standalone payment.
